Terms and rules
We insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below.
You must not:
1. Make personal comments about other users of this forum. Members will be kind and courteous, and respectful to other members and the Moderators.
2. Post direct or indirect personal attacks or insults of any kind.
3. Post any comment that is racist, overly Political or considered to be of foul nature.
4. Post anything which may antagonise members or promote an antagonistic thread, belittle or humiliate other members and/or the Moderators.
5. Pursue personal issues with other members and Moderators. Members must resolve their differences outside the forum.
6. Post content of Emails, Private Messages (PM), and any other private correspondence, to the open forum without the permission of their original authors. If someone is concerned about the content of a PM that they receive, they should report it to the Moderators who will consider what action is to be taken.
7. Make postings that may bring the Club into disrepute
8. Disrespect other clubs - we are all riders Post pictures of others that may cause embarrassment
9. Post material for which you do not own the copyright
10. Use the forums for profit or gain - no business names, adverts or selling. (Certain exemptions exist but only with Committee approval)
11. Post the same thread more than once, not even in different forums
You must:
12. Be respectful of others at all times. Occasionally, there may be conflicts arise when people voice opinions. Be courteous when disagreeing with others. It is possible to disagree without being insulting.
13. Keep the focus: Posts outside the subject of a certain forum or thread will either be moved, locked or deleted
Club Members
To be recognised as a HDRCGB Club Member and gain access to the private areas you must enter the details from your membership card in your forum user profile. Your name (as shown on your membership card) and Membership Number
To enter this information, Click your name tag (top of page), then click 'account details' and then 'your profile. Click Save Changes - bottom right You do not have to fill in this information, but we are unable to verify your membership without and therefore you will not be able to enter any of the private areas or be recognised as a Club member
Remember, be respectful of others at all times. Be courteous when disagreeing with others. It is possible to disagree without being insulting. Although the administrators and moderators of will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners, nor The Harley-Davidson Riders Club of Great Britain will be held responsible for the content of any message.
By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.
The owners reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.
