Hi, can anyone advise me whether the length of the clutch and throttle cables require routine lubricating, or are the inner cables Teflon/nylon coated? I can’t seem to see any reference one way or the other in the factory service manual. TIA.
I don't know about the newer bikes but on my 2002 Dyna the cables are not teflon coated so I periodically lube them with lithium grease with a cable oiler gizmo.
I have never had a problem with cables so I guess this works ok for at least.
