Agm on a whim !!

Just read in the Quinn their was a agm at a regional meeting, shouldn’t all region 15 members be aware of said agm first ? And isn’t that against the constitution ?

Each region has its own AGM, as well as the yearly national one.

Regional ones are only advertised to its regional members.

It was advertised a month in advance but had to be cancelled at 12hrs notice as my bike died and I was unable to get there.

I was discussing arranging another one when the suggestion arose.

Region AGMs are notified nationally so that anyone who is interested can go. Members are trusted to only vote at one regional agm, presumably their own.
