I've replaced stock HD brake pads with their EBC equivalent, F904V, on both front calipers of my 2015 SGS. Even after only 100 miles of wearing in they feel much more effective than OEM pads. However, they are noisier. No squealing, but a clicking sound whenever lever pressure is applied that's synonymous with pad material running over the rotor holes. EBC's website FAQs makes no reference to this particular issue but does suggest that their pads aren't at optimal performance until they've covered 500 miles. Can I expect this noise to disappear over time or should I replace them? I'm setting off for the Super Rally next Sunday so looking for peace of mind before I hit the road. TIA
