Hey guys I have reached the stage where I can do the first start of my Buell hard tail bobber its an M1 engine. The question I have is how do I set the ignition timing when it wont run? I have the gun and plastic cover for the timing mark but not much use if it wont run?
When I press the starter it it fires and bangs but not starting all signs of poor ignition timing I think. So is there a secret to do a rough timing set so that it will fire up so I can use the right tools. Very excited to finally start it!!
