Opportunity to camp and exhibit your bike at Prescott Bike Festival 25th June 2023
The club will be back at the Prescott bike festival again this year, this will be the clubs third time at this event and this year the club will be one of two featured clubs and we have been given the opportunity to put the club stand in the main paddock area (with the Vincent Owners Club who will also have a stand in the main paddock area)
We are looking for club members who would like to take the opportunity to have their bike on the club stand during the festival. There is also an opportunity for club members to camp in the grounds of the hillclimb circuit and party
at the circuit’s Bugatti club on the Saturday night.
We have a limited number of entry passes available for club members that are able to commit to exhibiting their bike and ideally are able to arrive on site on the Saturday to take advantage of the offer to camp on site on the Saturday night. We can also look at exhibiting bikes that are arriving on the Sunday morning, but you must be able to commit to being on site by 7:45am on the Sunday. Passes will be allocated on a first come first served basis and this opportunity is being made available to other regions.
We are looking for Harley’s of all types, age and condition to portray the wide range of machines that would represent what our club is. The bike does not have to be show quality.
You won’t have to spend your day on the club stand, feel free to use the club stand as your base for the day and come and go as you please. Your bike will be in the safe custody of the PR team and club members who decide to spend some time on the stand talkimg to the public and visiting club members.
The show is open from 8-30 to 17-00 on Sunday 25th June, we will be there from Saturday lunch time to set up and party in the club house before the fun starts on Sunday.
This opportunity to camp (and party) at Prescott and support our hardworking PR team by putting a bike on the club stand might be suitable for those members who are not able to attend the R19 New Forest rally on the 23rd and 24th June.
