Just a reminder that the region AGM is approaching:
Tuesday 8th September at the Retreat, Thorney Green at 19:30.
Bring your membership card to be able to vote...
It shouldn't be a problem for us, but Covid19 safety restrictions limit club and society meeting size to 30, so please let Julian (region secretary) know if you are expecting to attend. Either add your name to the Facebook event or send the club mobile a text.
It is unlikely that you will be able to hear what is being said if we maintain 2m physical distancing, so please bring a face covering so that we can observe the 1m* mitigated distance rule.
