Any X1 gurus out there?
Got the front wheel stripped out to fit a new disk tyre and the bearings seemed a bit gritty. Decided to pull them out and found the end of the puny aluminium spacer tube looks swaged a bit. I recon its been over tightened and crushed at some time loading up the bearing.
Does anyone know how long the tube is supposed to be? The manual does not mention its length.
Otherwise I am going to have to measure everything up and try and figure out how long it should be. It measures 2.937" so I am guessing it needs to be 3" knowing HDs love of round figures.
Its not the same as the XB unfortunately as there is lots of info on this one.
