cooky68 has posted on his Facebook page: ''Had a yearly blood test at my GPs 24 hours later got telephone call from hospital (get ya arse down here for more tests bed waiting).''

Outcome from the blood tests is that he has been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. He's straight in on Tuesday for his first session of 12 months of intensive Chemotherapy.

Best of British mate stay strong and thinking of you and Sandy at this very worrying time.
