It's nowt to do with the forum, I've done a test upload to check.
I've gone through the photos and it's down to them.
What Glenn's done is have all the extra info selected so when the photo is taken it adds the extra info to the image file - and one of those extra data bits is a Google map location.
So the forum is not only loading the photo it is also loading the link and going to Google maps !!
So then it's back to how fast the users device and data stream / wifi etc is to load it all.
If i get time i might come back to edit the data out for each photo.

Looking at the pics I thought it might be something to do with the size of the image and data.
