HEIC Photos

My I phone is now saving pictures as HEIC files instead of JPEG. The forum seems to be rejecting the HEIC files. Do I need to convert back to JPEG before posting?

Fecking Apple. Hate it with a passion.

I don't think it will be possible to install the codecs needed as an auto converter into the forum software.

They are convertible by using converters that are downloadable but according to this you can alter settings in your phone so that when they are exported they are sent as jpeg.
