How do I remove Mcafee from my laptop

Hi there,

Is there a quick way to uninstall/remove Mcafee from my laptop?

It's a Dell touch screen with windows 8.1 but I only use the desktop side, like most new computers it was installed from new I know it can be tricky and I will/may have to install a program to do it for me but I don't know any more than that so any help would be very much appreciated....

Can you go to Control Panel ''Programs'' then uninstall or change a program. It should be listed there. Windows Add/Remove Programs
Or Download Mcafee uninstall tool

Download the MCPR tool from: http://us.mcafee.com/apps/supporttools/mcpr/mcpr.asp and save it to a folder on your computer. Double-click and follow instructions
