Saturday 11th May “sturg” memorial ride to Rye
Coaster Malcolm sturgeon has put together a memorial ride for his late brother Keith and would like to invite fellow club members to join him. The main meet is at the Wheel Inn, Burwash weald on the A265 , Malcolm will be at the wheel inn earlier to greet riders. The ride leaves at 10.30am, head off to the 1066 café Johns cross on the A21, stop off here before departing onto Rye.
If anyone interested from the Eastbourne areas I will be at the Polegate services A22 cophall roundabout on the morning to leave prompt 9.30am. A22 to Boship roundabout onto A267 turn off through horam onto the B2203 to Heathfield , pick up the A265 to Burwash weald. If anyone else would like to join in let me know of a passing point en route (possibly somewhere near the old cattle market/butchers hook café) Heathfield , otherwise see you at the Wheel Inn for the ride start point.
