I’m planning to ride to the National AGM on 9th March but if the weather is inclement I’ll be in the car. If anyone else is going let me know, possibly ride together or car share.
Agenda items for the National AGM must be received by the Secretary, in writing, 2 weeks prior to the AGM date.
In real terms this means 24th February. Also anything that needs a vote after being discussed in A.O.B (Any Other Business) will carried forward as a matter arising to the next AGM. So, if one of you has a burning issue it needs to adhere to the above.
