With the H-DRCGB National AGM looming large on 9th March (Harborough Town FC Clubhouse, Market Harborough at 12 noon) I've been asked to remind all Region 24 club members of the info below-
Agenda items for the National AGM must be received by the Secretary, in writing, 2 weeks prior to the AGM date.
In real terms this means Sat 24th February 2024.
If the agenda item contains a proposal, it must also be seconded by another club member. Both the proposer and seconder must attend the AGM. So, if any club member has something they wish to have discussed, and voted on, at the AGM it needs to meet the above criteria.

As a further reminder, anything that is raised during A.O.B. and which needs a vote after being discussed in the A.O.B. part of the meeting, will be carried forward as a matter arising to the next AGM and voted on at the next AGM.
