Primary and transmission

I replaced the primary fluid and adjusted the clutch and replaced the transmission fluid with formula+ , also replaced the o rings , glad I changed it , old fluid was minging , I will be changing it at 5000 mile intervals from now on .
 
Are you getting water in somewhere. I ask because the only time I've had nasty looking fluid out was because water was getting in where the clutch cable went in (Ironhead Sportster). A boot on the cable stopped it. Apart from the engine oil all the others look good enough to reuse.
 
I will have to check that out , I just assumed it was milky due to age and living in a humid part of the country .
