I was thinking of arriving on the Wednesday afternoon, would that be kosher and if so, would we get into the site? Could also help with setup etc.

Think they are ignoring you. Wonder why . You can always wild camp in a ditch outside if they won't let you in. Don't forget your stove twigs and flint.lol.

Contrary to what Patrick says we are not ignoring you just too many forms of communication going on nowadays and missed this one. You are more than welcome on the wednesday if you are up for assisting with set -up but be prepared for a hard shift coz we got alot to do
