Wheels for 2002 FLHR

Can anyone shed any light on whether or not laced oem wheels off of a 2003 Road King Classic are the same wheels rim size wise and axle size as a 2002 flhr, i'm assuming 1" axle size and 16" wheel size is correct, is there any difference in the width of the wheels between these 2 models from differing years. Any help much appreciated.
