1995 Ultra Classic belt deflection/tension

Good evening, Having just purchased my first EVO having had Sportsters and a Twincam softail in the past could someone please enlighten me on the correct belt tension please? I haven't yet obtained an owner's or Workshop manual but would like to set the belt correctly as just had the rear wheel out. I guess like my previous softail that the tension is measured with someone sat on the seat?
