2001 1450 softail

Hi I have a 2001 1450 softail which has had the cam chain conversion to gears and would like to know what stage 1 and 2 tuning actually is and does please forgive my ignorance but all my previous bikes have been classic British
 
If you have had a Gear Drive Conversion your old Cams would have been replaced as they wouldn't take the Gears needed. If your Cams have been replaced you probably have a Stage 2.
So, do you know what Cams you have in the Bike? Have you got a Free Flowing Air Filter? What Exhausts Have you got?

I never did it I have the old gear removed which includes cams, and receipts for the majority of parts
