2010 Fat Bob Fuel tank breather.

Hi guys. Can anyone enlighten me as to where/how the breather tube goes from here? I'm guessing it will double back on itself and exit from under the dash panel with the wiring loom. The workshop manual is no help on this.
Bike never had one when I bought it. Which explains why it stank of fuel most of the time.

It Goes forward then under front of tank along frame top tube then down frame and hangs behind gearbox mount although some connected to a point on the nearside frame tube
