8 x R19'ers landed in Holland via Ship and Tunnel at the HD-C T'Centrum Rally where the sun shone, the beer flowed and the music played.
Saturday we headed to Ginkel Heath for the annual Parachute Drop but as always the road was blocked so it was going to take some quick thinking to get us through the barrier. With the best luck in the World, 'The Red Beret Riders Club Netherlands' arrived in force so I jumped on the back and through the barrier we all went and followed into their pre-agreed allocated parking. Cheeky........you Bet!
It was a huge attendance watching the parachute drops from the air with a few helicopters mixed in and made for a hot day out.
Back at the Rally site the daring took a dip in the lake whilst the others sat and sunk some throat charmers until the bands started and things went a little blurry from there.
Sunday was a tad moist packing up, but made it home dry.
Fantastic weekend with great friends
Very few from HDRCGB in attendance this year which we assumed was the cost of the ferry and no chance of winning best attendance this year.
There was a rumour circulating that this Rally would be changing venue for 2024. Turns out this rumour is incorrect as the Rally is not moving for the foreseeable future
