With the National AGM looming large on 9th March I've been charged with reminding you to remind your members of the following.
Agenda items for the National AGM must be received by the Secretary, in writing, 2 weeks prior to the AGM date.
In real terms this means 24th February.
Also anything that needs a vote after being discussed in A.O.B (Any Other Business) will carried forward as a matter arising to the next AGM.
