Anyone recognise this bit?

I've had the back wheel out to grease bearings, check belt and pulleys, and the petrol tank off. Put it back together and spotted this rubber stop on the garage floor. I don't recognise it and I've re-checked what I've done. It all looks O/K. It's the usual thing I don't remember seeing it but could well be off something else all together. If I've posted the picture correctly it's about 1"" long with a slot in it. Could be a stopper.

Can't say I recognise it, not from tank, and I don't think it comes from the rear wheel area.

How did you get the back wheel off the floor? Could it be part of your bike lift?

No it's not off the lift. Its probably fallen off the shelve when I picked something up but it's the not knowing that does you.
