Booklet software

I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I will anyway and the Mods can move if required.

A friend and I are trying to put together a small booklet of about 14 sides, (seven pages).
The pages will be about 130 mm wide and 100mm deep. They need to be printed on both side in page order, obviously duh.

Can anyone help with any ideas for said software, preferably free!!
