Having spoken to the owner, he confirmed they don’t reserve tables, but if I were to arrive early they will try to sort tables so we cal all sit together.
Mark of R14 confirmed a posse of 4 would join us, which was great to have our neighbours company.
Setting off was a little Brass Monkies as I realised I had my normal jeans on instead of the Kevlar ones….Ooops!
Arrived at 10 am and within moments Mark and the R14 lads arrived so after some banter we wandered down to the cafe. Turned out to be a pretty busy bit of the coastline and after a short wait we arranged tables and waited for the others to arrive. In popped Darren and Nicki and food was ordered.
The staff were superb and the food all came out within minutes of each other which was great for such a small cafe.
Food was superb quality and excellent value of money. We’ll be back for sure.
Adrian arrived just before the R14 lads made their way home so stopped for a chat before we made our way back, popping into DG20 for a quick coffee and rummage.
Was great to get out as I feel rides will be few and far between now, if not this one being the last before the dreaded salt, with some members already SORN their bikes for the winter hibernation.
