You are registered on the forum, not showing as a club member. If you are a member then contact TomG and he will assist. If you are not a club member then see post 4.

There was a spelling mistake in your forum profile email address which made it different to your membership web site email address. If the two don't match you fall foul of the membership checks on the forum and it demotes you to just Registered user.

I've sorted it and updated your profile. So you will the forum for the Online Products Shop in the members area forums.
