Hello everyone. My mate has a 98 Heritage Springer which has an S&S super E carb and Vance and Hines Big Shots fitted.
When cruising at normal speeds the bike runs well but as soon as he gets into town traffic it starts backfiring, missing, kangarooing all over the place (basically running like a pig!).
He has been to two different specialists to try and get it set up but it still isn't right.
The plugs are sooting up but curing that makes it too lean, the lastest specialist says the pipes are too open and he will never set it up correctly but surely someone else has this setup and dosen't have this trouble?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
