Yes - 151Nm is about 111 ft/lbs which is not difficult to achieve out of a 103. HP is dependent on RPM so you'd need a late intake closing cam, the appropriate compression and heads with a high exhaust port to intake port flow ratio and the bigger throttle body. They don't show the dyno chart? Some dynos read much more than others ...

Way, way overpriced. The guy's maybe trying to recover some of the money that went on the S & S parts. He could have got the same results for a fraction of what that stuff costs ...
