Putting a video up on this forum

I've just got hold of a couple of videos and a few photos of some of us from Anglia doing our Prom ride in July. How do I put them in a thread so you can just click on them and watch. They are MOV files, and I needed Quick Time to see them. This is all Chinese to me...so I need a lot of guideance.
There's 275MB in all.

Easiest way I find Brian is to upload the videos to YouTube, the photos to Facebook or Photobucket then just post the links to them here.
