A few days late starting with this so you’re only getting 20 days of advent 🙄😉😂 Each day between now and Christmas day, we will post a photo of Region 14 members that was taken on one of our events during 2023.

Region 14 Advent Calendar - 20 Days of Advent - Day 2

Todays advent photo was taken on an early summer ride to Exmoor and the North Devon coast. The photo was taken at Lynmouth and features Keith Hamblin, Robert Simon Leat, Adam Szwemin, Stephen Self, Stuart Spring, David Knight and Ro (@Single8Twin)

Region 14 Advent Calendar - 20 Days of Advent - Day 3

Todays advent photo was taken on a ride to Compton Abbas airfield to meet up with our R19 neighbours and features, amongst others, Billy Mills, Barry Ford, Rachel Moore, Terry Moore, Roy Allen, Ro and Darren Thomas (@Dazzlin) There were many more present on this ride, but I couldn’t fit them into the advent frame 🙄😂😉

Region 14 Advent Calendar - 20 Days of Advent - Day 4

Todays advent photo features more fun with friends from other regions (Regions, 5, 6, 7 and 25) The photo was taken this summer while we were on our long weekend of partying and riding in the Peak District and Yorkshire for the R5 White Rose Rally. Making lifelong friendships with members from across the UK is for me one of the best things about being a part of this club.

Region 14 Advent Calendar - 20 Days of Advent - Day 5

Todays advent photo was taken on our spring ride down to Lyme Regis and West Bay to meet up with our club neighbours from Region 19. The photo is an illustration of Region 14 doing what we do most of, simply riding our bikes with our friends, after all, we are a RIDERS club 😉

Region 14 Advent Calendar - 20 Days of Advent - Day 6

Todays advent photo was taken on at Weston-Super-Mare following one of our Fowlers breakfast meets, which was followed by a quick ride to the seaside for ice cream, where we were joined by friends from our club neighbours over in Region 7 South and West Wales.

Todays advent photo was taken at this years H-DRCGB International Rally At Naseby Field.

The photo features Stuart Spring and Cab Green. Is Stuart thinking “I have no idea what you are talking about, but I’ll have a pint of whatever you are drinking?”

Todays advent photo was taken at this years Region 7 Drovers Rally At L Llandovery, the traditional rally season opening rally for the club.

The photo features Robert Goard, Michael Patching Berry Dinwiddy, Cab Green, Stephen Self, Dizzy Blonde and Neville Toft. Region 14 Advent Calendar - 20 Days of Advent - Day 9

Todays advent photo was taken at this years Bristol Classic Bike show, which is held in February at the Bath and West Showground, the showground is not in Bristol or Bath, and is actually in Shepton Mallet 🙄 We’ll be at the show again next year on the last weekend of February and we have a great line up of interesting classic Harley’s to exhibit on the club stand.

Today’s advent photo was taken at our Region 14 Wessex Wobbler Rally and serves as a reminder of those late spring afternoons when the sun is warm, the beer is cold and the living is easy.

Region 14 Advent Calendar - 20 Days of Advent - Day 15

Today’s advent photo was taken at Prescott Bike Festival, where R14 members joined other club members from Regions 5, 6, 7, 12 and 25 to help the clubs PR Team with promoting the club to festival goers. Some club members, took their bikes on timed runs up the hillclimb circuit, some baked in the glorious sunshine and some of us took advantage of the camping and Bugatti Owners Club to have an impromptu mini rally on the Saturday night.

Today’s advent photo was taken while we were at the Wild South West Rally down in Cornwall, where we joined friends from Regions 8, 9, 13, 17, 18, 19, and 21 for joint regional ride to the event starting in Bristol and ending at the rally venue in Par Cornwall. The photo was taken on the rally ride out at Portmellon.
