If you wish to be part of the group ride-in to the Remembrance, please meet up at Route 66 Burger Bar as per the location below for 09:30hrs with a view to roll on into Southsea at 10:00hrs so we get there and sorted before the service 10:40hrs start.

A good turn out for the service despite the weather forecast, it was actually dry until about 3pm. As planned we met at the Route 66 Burger Bar for a quick coffee then headed down to Southsea, tagging on tha back of the official ride in at Portsbridge roundabout (there was literally hundreds of bikes on procession). The Royal British Legion had everything organised, ushering riders to park on the common pathway and Clarence Esplanade. Les placed our wreath on behalf of the Region and the Riders club during the service. We moved on to the Rose In June Pub for a swift one (Les's local) before most of us departed for home. Nice to meet new member Steve T, Thanks to John for organising and Les for laying our wreath.
