Replacement Ignition module and coil

Hi, my Son has a SS175 that I?m putting back on the road for him, I have had the bike running, however I no longer get a spark, I?m looking at the Ignition module now and I?m thinking that I could replace it with a CDI unit, is that possible?
Also what is a good replacement for the coil, I have a Dansi fitted at the moment?

Only just spotted this, the 175/250 two-strokes were often only let down by the ignition module - there was a bike shop, Harston Motorcycles in Harston Cambs (up the A10) who specialised in them for a while and were trying to source units from elsewhere. Don't know the current status of that shop but it might be worth checking? (I had a Z-90 and an SX-175, was spared any electric problems though..)
