Does anyone know who sells inner tubes and rim bands of good quality, and not the usual Chinese or unbranded junk that's on the internet. I've looked about and it's either unbranded ones or go and pay a rip off price at a dealer. It needs to be top quality, because it's on the front.

I need a tube 5.10 x 16 with a metal offset valve for the front of my 2003 Road King, also a rubber band that covers the spoke nipples.
Any help would be appreciated.
