Hi Steve. Bought my Fatboy from Roadhouse a while back. They were very helpful, price was ok for a dealer, he even covered the cost of delivery and the return of my PX bike, over 400 miles one way, so was quite chuffed.
The only issue i had was hairline cracks in the front disc, he sent me a replacement and was very apologetic.
Only my experience. A few reviews out there on Google. Good luck with it, looks a nice bike.
 
I think his Bikes are mostly Imports so Service History may be sketchy at best.
Not heard any Reports, Good or Bad so he's probably Ok.
If he was that bad it'd likely have been flagged up somewhere eh?
