Torque settings

2011 HD electra glide classic head bolts torque settings, I've got, tighten in sequence
7/9 ft/lb then 12/14 ft/lb then quarter of a turn, is this correct.

My Workshop Manual for a Year 2000 FXST TC shows Exactly the Same Torque Settings:



Just in case you don't know, dividing the In-lbs by 12 will give you Ft-lbs.

just had a look at my manual for a 2010 street glide and it's different to above. i'll put pictures up if i can fathom it out. you can have a lend of my manual if you want chris.

Yes, best to make sure you use the correct Torque for your bike. Is the Workshop Manual for your bike available to download from the Forum?

not sure, i just thought it might be different as a different engine.
the proper manual is worth it's weight in gold mind.
