Hi Kev, Looking at those picture kicked up an old memory from about 1965/66/67 (cant remember the exact year).

These were sold in a local push bike shop in Swindon on the corner of Bridge Street and John Street.

A red version was in the window for months....

I remember lusting after it...lol

He don't know it yet (tee-hee!) but our Tool Scheme man is about to get a book from the states that gives crisp, detailed parts diagrams and all concise wiring schematics as well as DIY tips for H-D Singles 1947-76.


*in this case "about" means about 3 weeks.
* "all" means including 2-strokes.
Came across a bargain that didn't have in it what I wanted, so's I'm gonna donate it to the cause.
