Hi folks.

My name's Will and I live in Folkestone, Kent. I'm 23, and I've been riding my sportster for a bit over 2 years now. I currently manage a bicycle shop in Canterbury, but I'll be starting work at a custom bike shop in Folkestone in the next month or so :)

I always try and have a chat with folks on bikes when I see them, but most of the time I'm riding so don't get the chance! Below is a shot of my bike in it's current form. If you see me about, come and say hi because I'm woefully short of friends on bikes! I have a mohawk and a beard, but if you need me to be more recognisable I can also hold a balloon or something ;)

Hi Will. That looks remarkably like the sportster that fills up in my gas station in Folkestone! I'm moving down to Folkestone in the next few weeks so maybe I'll have some company to ride down to the meets!

Hi Will, It's always good to have some young blood getting the Harley bug to keep the rest of us old farts on our toes. We have a few lads in their 20s in the club now, so welcome aboard. I used to have a Mohican myself back in the day, but that is oh so long ago now :-(

Hi guys and gals, I'm Aaron, i'm 31 and live in Dover. I got my first Harley last October and looking to meet other local HD riders. My old man and his wife are life long riders but living in Spain so I'm unable to get into the scene via that route and I'm a family man so don't find an awful lot of time away from my baby girl, but when I do I'd love to socialise and ride with like minded people. Can anyone tell me where and when the meets take place?

some meet in the car park here on a Sunday at 10am, leave for a ride somewhere at 10.30am

maybe some Tuesday evenings for the Classic Meets on Margate Harbour Arm,
also at the Adelaide Cafe, near Deal every Wednesday about 6.30pm. Best to keep an eye on this forum for news of runs out.

My name's Richard I'm 26 and I live in Bromley, Kent. On Friday I picked up my first Harley Davidson from Warr's in Mottingham! Am looking forward to going to some ride outs / meets etc.

Steve from Westerham, just joined HDRCGB today. First Harley was a Sportster 1100 in 1987, currently ride a 78 Shovel in a 53 Wishbone frame, building a 1200 Sporty gooseneck - paint in progress and hopefully be on the road by March with luck. Be interested to hear of rides and socials in Kent SE London area.

Vince, do you use Colin Smith from Biggin Hill to paint your bikes. He did my 45 and done a cracking job.
